If, during your counseling sessions, you and your counselor determine that additional assistance is required, rest assured that you’ll be seamlessly referred to the most appropriate and affordable resources available. While you may be responsible for the cost of referrals, it’s essential to note that these costs are often covered under your Medical plan.

Through the Lincoln Financial Employee Assistance Program (EAP), you and your dependents (including family and household members) have access to a range of services—at no cost to you—designed to help with life’s challenges, whether personal, legal, or financial.

In-Person Support
Some issues are best addressed face-to-face. EmployeeConnectSM offers:

  • Counseling Services: Up to five sessions per person, per issue, per year with a licensed, credentialed counselor.
  • Legal Help: In-person consultations with network lawyers, including a free 30-minute session per legal issue, with 25% off future meetings.

24/7 Support
Help is available around the clock via phone, online, or through the mobile app. Services include:

  • Family Support: Referrals for childcare, elder care, vacation planning, moving services, and more.
  • Legal Assistance: Guidance on family law, estate planning, and consumer/civil law.
  • Financial Advice: Help with budgeting, short- and long-term financial planning.

When you call the toll-free line, you’ll speak with an experienced counselor. All EmployeeConnectSM professionals hold master’s degrees, have a minimum of three years of experience, and provide customized support.
